Technology and innovation

About the
research

Our focus is to develop and utilise innovative technologies and approaches to improve human health across the lifespan. We leverage state-of-the-art technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), 3D food printing, freeze drying and other novel food drying technologies, 24-hour health monitoring and digital technologies.

Our research is motivated by the urge to preserve health and save lives, as well as enhance food and nutrition sustainability.
