Successful & sustained implementation at scale
Our guest presenter this month was Dr Sarah Kourouche from the University of Sydney. HIRAID® is the only validated framework for emergency nursing that combines all the elements that are essential to the delivery of safe, quality emergency nursing care. In this presentation, Dr Kourouche will discuss how the team planned for and then evaluated implementation in 29 sites across metropolitan, regional and rural contexts, leading to sustained change.
