Our Consumer Advisory Council
Our Consumer Advisory Council (CAC) is made up of people from across the South West who have firsthand experience receiving cancer care in regional WA. Each member brings a unique perspective, shaped by their own journey, age, life experience, and location.
Despite their differences, they share a common bond—a cancer diagnosis—and a commitment to improving care for others. The CAC meets monthly with the research team to provide a consumer perspective on research activities, and ensure that the voices of those impacted by cancer help shape the direction and future priorities of Project SCENIC.
