Eileen Boyle PhD, MN, GradDip. Ed, GradDip. Lang, RN
Eileen Boyle is the Implementation Science Research Fellow for the Paediatric ESCALATION Research Program, funded by the Future Health Research and Innovation Fund in collaboration with Curtin University and WA Country Health Service. Her research focuses on evaluating the scale-up and sustainability of the ESCALATION System across WA Country Health Service sites and strengthening Aboriginal family involvement in the system. She uses multi-method qualitative and quantitative approaches, informed by implementation science frameworks and Aboriginal participatory action research, to understand the barriers and enablers to integrating and embedding the system in practice. In 2025, Eileen commenced a joint lecturing role at Curtin’s School of Nursing
